For the dough all ingredients should be at room temperature. In a large bowl break eggs, add salt and sugar, vegetable oil and yogurt, add dry yeast and mix everything carefully. Gradually introduce the flour, the dough not to score, it should be fairly soft and elastic. Knead for at least 10-15 minutes. I kneaded by hand, if you are a happy owner of a bread machine, can entrust this operation to his assistant. Put the dough back in the bowl, cover with cling film and leave to rise in a warm place.
