Kebabs with shrimp, bacon and sorrel
Kebabs is one of the popular dishes for the garden and picnics in my family. They can be fried on the coals and cook at home (if suddenly out of the rain)! Juicy, tender, flavorful, delicious! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Sorrel

    2 coup

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Flakes cereal

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Shrimp boil, peel, chop. Sorrel finely chop the bacon into small pieces.

Cereal grind.

In minced meat add prepared foods, seasonings and egg, knead well.

From the resulting mass to form kebabs, to impose them on skewers (or skewers), and fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan (a griddle pan or on the coals) on all sides until Golden brown.
