Description
Rice casserole, soaked in the taste and aroma of chicken liver with fried onions under a thin crust of baked Swiss cheese.

Cooking
Onion cut into half rings and fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil.
Chicken liver cut into small pieces and add to the onions, fry for 7-10 minutes. Cool.
Boil 4 cups of salted water, add washed rice, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook under cover for 20 minutes. Cool.
Separate eggs into whites and yolks. The yolks and stir.Beat the whites until stiff peaks and formation of the solid and put in a cool place for 5-10 minutes.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
To connect with rice protein and mix gently. Refractory form of grease with butter, spread 1/2 of the rice mass.
Then put liver and onions.
Spread the remaining rice, smooth the surface, pour the remaining part of the egg mass.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
