Description

A wreath of tat
In the post I make meat patties with a filling of pumpkin and baked them in the oven. The part tat I decided to lightly fry, so there was a "male version".

Ingredients

  • Water

    190 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    345 g

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

step-0
The dough I knead using a bread machine. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add salt, sugar, olive oil, sifted flour and dry yeast. Put the bucket in the bread machine, include the mode of kneading. Allow dough to increase in volume by about 2-3 times.
step-1
Pumpkin cut into large pieces, bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes, peel, shred. Add Kikkoman soy sauce and oregano. Stir.
step-2
Divide the dough into 10 pieces. Roll out chunks of dough into circles, in the middle put the filling.
step-3
Gather the dough folds, forming a "flower". 4 "flower," put in oiled cake pan opposite each other, leaving a film to come.
step-4
The rest of the "flowers" also cover and leave for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat patties stuffed down a couple of minutes
step-5
Put them into the form left between the "flowers". 2 tat in the form do not fit, I cook them separately.
step-6
Preheat the oven to 190°C, bake for 20 minutes. After cooling, gently remove from the mold.
