Salad
Marinated mozzarella, roasted nuts, delicate fish and thin slices of crisp celery in a spicy dressing make it a bright flavor combination... the Idea is taken from the Italian chef Carol field (Field, Carol).

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    70 ml

  • Mozzarella

    125 g

  • Allspice

    7 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Chili

    0.333 tsp

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Nuts

    90 g

  • Salmon

    100 g

Cooking

Heat olive oil on low heat. Add the chopped garlic, sweet bell pepper and Chile (it is better to take cereal, but I have a ground). Keep on heat for 3-5 minutes. None of the ingredients should not burn, they only must give their flavor to the oil. Allow to cool.

Mozzarella cut into small cubes.

Get the mozzarella from the marinade, add celery, nuts and fish. Pour desired amount of marinade (it took me 2 tbsp) and mix thoroughly.
