Turkey meatballs with vegetables
Quite a useful and tasty dish, cooking is not difficult and not troublesome. You can apply even for a children's table.

Ingredients

  • Minced Turkey

    200 g

  • Spinach

    3 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    4 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Oyster mushrooms

    50 g

  • Dutch cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    1 pinch

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cooking

In minced meat add salt, a little black pepper and crumble the spinach while it is still frozen. Mix well.

Markovb cut into rings and dice the mushrooms.

Soy sauce mix with sour cream and add rosemary.

At the bottom of the ceramic molds put the carrots and thawed peas.

Then, put minced meat small meatballs and put them into the molds.

On top of the mushrooms.

Then sauce and top with cheese. Put into the oven for 40 minutes, heated 180C.
