Skewers of veal liver wrapped in bacon
This is a wonderful recipe I found the book "Cooking diary" Dasha Malakhova and Tanya Soroka. I absolutely agree with the authors that this "first, just a wonderful recipe to prove to men that women make great barbecue... And second of all, exactly what you need to once again show women that the men at the barbecue understand much better"

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Bacon

    150 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Liver clear from the films, cut into pieces about 3*3 cm and cover with milk (preferably overnight)

Half an hour before cooking, drain the milk and pour the liver with soy sauce.

Each piece wrapped in a strip of bacon and strung on a skewer.
