Biscuits quinoa with onions and herbs
This dish is something of a cross between biscuits and pancakes. Perfect for Breakfast: very tasty, useful and easy.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    150 ml

  • Lettuce

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Onion and cilantro, finely chop.

In a saucepan 50 ml of olive oil fry the quinoa and 2/3 green. Pour into a saucepan with water to cover the quinoa to 1.5 cm, add salt, bring to a boil. Cook until tender. Allow to cool at room temperature.

In a separate bowl beat the eggs with a fork, add remaining greens.

Egg mixture mix with cooked quinoa.

Heat in a pan the remaining oil. Use a teaspoon to transplant into the pan in small balls. Press with the back of a spoon to get the pellet. Fry for 3 minutes on each side.

Serve biscuits with lettuce. Bon appetit!
