Wheat-rye sourdough with pumpkin
Can't say that I am a Pro at baking sourdough bread, though baked similar products before. But it is possible to master this "science". With the starters I had no luck and they didn't live long. This once again brought the ordinary wheat, and while it is "live", decided to bake another bread with it. The idea for this recipe came to me after the recipe of Angela (angkay) and wheat sourdough bread with zucchini. And, of course, not without my favorite cereal is "5 grains" TM "Mistral".

  • Sourdough

A mixture of the "5 grains" TM "Mistral" is my favorite. In my opinion it is very well combined between all 5 types of cereals.

Giving the test selected in the form, place it on a baking sheet or baking dish and leave to rise for another 30-40 mins then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until Golden brown.
