Medallions of veal with vegetables

Ingredients

  • Veal

    400 g

  • Pepper

  • Eggplant

  • Tomato

  • Mayonnaise

  • Garlic

  • Cheese

  • Vegetable oil

For cooking we will need :2 medallion of veal, weighing about 200 grams each, eggplant, onion, bell pepper, 2 colors, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise Maheev, vegetable oil for frying, garlic, and cheese plates (or you can just grate ).
