Vegetarian fruit pilaf
Thanks to the basmati rice Mix from Mistral fruit, vegan risotto can be cooked in 15 minutes. A simple and quick recipe of healthy food.

Ingredients

Pumpkin cut into large but thin pieces. This cutting best for ideal absorption of syrup and butter. Basmati rice Mix in boiling salted water. Close the lid. The rice Mistral boil 15 minutes. Banana cut across the length into large pieces.

Pumpkin fry in vegetable oil on both sides for 2 minutes each.

When the pumpkin is browned add fruit: banana, sliced into large pieces pear and plum.

Pour fruit syrup. I have Jerusalem artichoke syrup, soft and with a delicate taste. What syrups can recommend: pineapple, agave, Jerusalem artichoke. The date syrup will be more pronounced in taste and make the fruit and pumpkin is darker in color that looks delicious on the plate. Keep the syrup on the heat for another few minutes. Total approximate cooking time of the sauce with pumpkin and fruits no more than 6 minutes.

Prepared basmati rice Mix from Mistral place them on a dish.
