Pasties with beef liver and rice
It is a proven recipe. For the filling, it is better to take short-grain rice. Hearty and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    180 g

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

    4 cup

  • Sugar

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Figure

Prepare the ingredients: For the dough: margarine; wheat flour; two eggs - divided into whites and yolks; sour cream; baking powder; sugar, salt. For the filling: beef livers; onions; short-grain rice "Mistral"

Beef liver rinse, drain in a colander. Cut into pieces.

Onions cleaned, cut cubes. Mix with the liver, salt, pepper black ground pepper.

Fry ground vegetable refined oil, cool. Mince.

Wash rice, cook.

Mix the rice with a twisted liver.

Melt margarine, pour in two egg yolks.

Mix the wet ingredients.

To the liquid add the dry ingredients: sifted flour, baking powder and salt.

Knead the dough. Wrap in bag and put in the fridge for one hour.

Thinly roll out the dough, cut into squares, in the middle put the stuffing and tuck the edges on all four sides. Top to slightly flatten. Spread on oiled paper covered baking sheet. Pour over the protein. Bake at one hundred eighty degrees twenty to thirty minutes (individually).
