Beef stew with vegetables
Delicious, hearty, flavorful, rich dish. The combination of vegetables and herbs perfectly conveys all the charm of summer!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Basil

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Sunflower oil

  • Water

    500 ml

Meat cut small cubes. Also chop the onion. Carrots grate on a grater or cut into small pieces. Sauté in small amount of vegetable oil. Then add 300 ml of water and simmer for about 30 min.

Eggplant cut into medium-sized pieces sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes.

Medium-sized pieces cut the pepper and tomatoes. First, sauté the pepper, then add tomato and cook another couple of minutes.

Rinse the eggplant, dry with paper towels and fry in the pan until Golden brown.

To the meat add all the fried vegetables. Add salt, pepper, add 200 ml of water and simmer for another 20 minutes.

When the meat is tender, turn off the gas. And add the chopped Basil and garlic (whole cloves).

When serving, sprinkle with parsley. Bon appetit!!! :)
