Description

Adjika with horseradish
Finally, my hands came to canning. Offer its own version of adjika, which is not necessary to boil. I use this recipe a very long time, and always "leaves" on hurrah. In some circumstances, 2 years is generally not preserved (only mushrooms). And now suddenly needed. Big thanks to Natalia (Hyazinthe) for the reminder of the sauce. The combination of vegetables and spices in my recipe more, maybe someone will like my version. All winter stored in the refrigerator (but before the onset of winter have to do more than one batch). Quick, simple and delicious

Cooking

step-0
Tomatoes, deseeded sweet and hot peppers, grind in a meat grinder. Garlic and horseradish peel and also mince. Add salt and vinegar, mix well. Spread out on a clean and dry jars and close conventional lids. Store in the refrigerator. I have an output of approximately 3 l (I hot peppers reduced to 4 pieces). From myself I want to add: faceted glass - at cromack, salt at 2 tbsp to put less, and vinegar too.
step-1
On bread, meat etc as you like. But you can with a spoon - choose any. It may seem sharp, but due to the vinegar all danger "extinguished".
step-2
Bon appetit. I hope you will like it.
