Curry Rice
A pleasant combination of spicy rice with a juicy sweet-spicy pepper optimally suited as a post, and for garnish on ordinary days.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    2 cup

  • Curry

    2 tsp

  • Turmeric

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Radishes

    1 piece

Cooking

Prepare the ingredients. Wash rice in running water.

Heat the pan, grease with oil, pour in the rice and fry, stirring constantly, until the rice is dry and will not "swish".

Add seasoning, salt mix well and cover with water.

Cook on high heat until water is evaporated with the lid open. Then cover, reduce the heat and wait another 5-7 minute.

Pepper wash, peel the Onion. Cut the vegetables in small cubes.

Spread on a greased pan. Saute with closed lid for 10 minutes.

Add the corn.

Finely chopped greens, salt to taste, season.
