An unusual combination of different vegetables and grains will seem to someone strange, but this combination gives a great result. Porridge is tasty and hearty!

Cooking
Take a heatproof dish and begin to lay out our ingredients in layers in following order. The first layer is evenly distributed buckwheat. Buckwheat I pre-washed, if you want you can sort.
Then take beets of medium size, peel it and grate on a coarse grater. Spread on buckwheat.
Wash rice with water and put another layer on the beets.
Carrots wash, peel, grate and sent the dishes to the rest of the ingredients.
The turn to millet. It too will wash out, but hot water. And place evenly on a carrot.
Pumpkin clean and cut into small cubes. And send it to the rest of the vegetables and cereals. It will be the last layer.
Now all the layers fill with water, which does not forget to add salt and stir it. The water should cover the layers so that it is 1 cm was higher.
Put all this beauty in a pre-heated oven and cook at t200 for about 50 minutes.
Ready porridge to fill the butter and stir.
