Poppy seed cake with blackcurrant jam
At the core of the cupcake lies a biscuit dough. Cupcake is baked in a large shape, which gives it the status of a mini-cake)) the presence in the recipe is blackcurrant jam and custard adds a delicate taste! Help yourself!:-)

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Jam

  • Mac

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Chocolate milk

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Prepare biscuit dough: separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar to them and stir in the flour. Beat the whites with the pinch of salt in a solid foam and add to dough. Mix well. In the dough add the Mac.

The shape of the cake grease with vegetable oil and pour into it the dough. Put in oven and bake until tender. I check the readiness with a toothpick (cutting cake), if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

Prepare the following custard: whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla. Add semolina in a thin stream add the warm milk and whisk.

The weight put on medium heat and cook to a thick state. Then add the butter and stir to dissolve the oil. Mass to cool and beat 5 minutes. The cream I put in the fridge for a few minutes to cool, it will become even thicker.

Our cupcake cut in half. Apply a layer of cream and a touch of blackcurrant jam from TM "Maheev".
