A great alternative to the usual Apple pie and yeast cake with filling. Simplicity and speed of cooking allows you to set the table for tea at the sudden invasion of guests :)

Cooking
To combine the flour, sugar, semolina, baking soda. Mix well. Apples, peel and seeds, and then grate on a coarse grater.
Melt the butter and generously grease a baking pan with parchment or foil.
Then, at the bottom of the form put 1/3 of dry mixture.
On top lay a layer of grated apples. Then repeat the dry layer and layer of apples (it turns out 2 layers of apples and 3 — dry test), the top should be a layer of dry mix.
Chilled butter to RUB on a large grater or cut into small pieces. Evenly distribute the butter on top layer of cake.
Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 45-50 minutes, until Golden brown. The finished cake to cool in the mold to the filling grabbed, and then cut and get a piece, that has not collapsed.
