Carrot-Apple cake
Very tasty. It turned out the second time. The first time was dry.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 cup

  • Apple

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Strawberry

  • Powdered sugar

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

1. Beat eggs with 1 Cup sugar until white. 2. In the grated carrots add 1 Cup sugar. 3. 200 g butter to melt and allow to cool. 4. To the carrots add the butter, apples, eggs, stir. 5. Add 3 cups flour and soda slaked vinegar. 6. Mix everything. It turns out the batter. 7. The dough spread with a spoon evenly on a baking sheet (oiled and sprinkled with breadcrumbs). 8. On top we put sliced strawberries, one side of which dipped in the starch.

Bake for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. When ready sprinkle with powdered sugar.
