So I again continue their prescriptions in the tandoor!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    3 kg

  • Bow white

    2 kg

  • Spices

  • Adjika

  • Salt

1. The meat is cut into as on skewers. 2. Chop onions in blender until semi porridge. 3. Add all the ingredients into the meat.

Now it's all loaded in with the bread. And turn on 2 times (total of 16 min). If you don't have bread in the refrigerator for a day.

Now it all hung in the hot tandoor for 15 minutes. If you like fried meat, enough for 10 min.
