Cooking
Here all the necessary products.
Carrot RUB on a coarse grater.
Now onions and carrots, fry until Golden brown, in the process pepper.
Separately mix the mayonnaise with the garlic (three on a small grater or use chesnokodavilku), also pepper.
We take our carp, coat it with salt, then with mayonnaise and spread on a baking sheet, previously covered with foil (but is not necessarily, you can just on a baking sheet).
Mix the remaining mayonnaise with our filling.
Now wrap the foil in such a way to make something like a trough. So nothing will flow out and the tip of the fish are slightly browned. Send the Carpiquet in preheated oven for about 1 hour.
