Blackcurrant mini cupcakes
Tasty little muffins.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 piece

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Black currants

  • Butter

Cooking

Knead the dough with eggs, sugar, flour and soda.

Tins greased with butter

At the bottom of the molds spread the currants.

On top of currants put the dough.

Bake in the oven at the temperature 200C-30 minutes

Baked Mexican allow to cool, lay, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
