Easy-to-cook biscuits with a crunchy sugar crust and almond filling.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Milk

    75 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    115 g

  • Salt

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Ginger

  • Juice

  • Carnation

1 grind the yolks with 50 g sugar. Add 50 g soft butter 75 ml milk, a pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp. ginger powder.

Pour 250 grams sifted flour. Knead elastic dough. Remove in the cold for an hour.

In order to distribute the filling evenly, divide the dough into 20 pieces the size of a walnut and roll each into a circle. In the middle of a circle put on half a teaspoon of the filling. For the filling: mix protein, 65 g sugar and the ground almonds. Lift the dough from both sides, to seal the edges. To give okruglog form in the middle to insert the cloves, on the other hand a piece of small twigs, imitating Apple. PS: I want to note - the filling can be any according to your taste and desire. Very tasty with cottage cheese and dried fruits. Be creative!
