Useful oat Breakfast muffins
Breakfast muffins made with oatmeal whole-grain TM MISTRAL with the addition of zucchini, flour, sesame oil cake, sunflower seeds. The dough mixed with the yogurt, absolutely without oil. Wonderful healthy Breakfast, which I supplemented with a fried egg.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Flour sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

    100 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.125 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

Pour the yogurt in a bowl, add salt, sugar (optional) and soda. Stir and allow the baking soda to each other.

Put oat flakes in the mixture and allow to stand for 3-5 minutes so they are a bit swollen. The egg there. Zucchini RUB on a grater.

Stir and put the flour, sesame oil cake. If not, we add, for example: rye flour or flour from bran, or just flour. Also put sunflower seeds. All the joins. The dough we are ready. Absolutely no oil, which you can add if you want. A couple of tablespoons will be enough.

Take molds. I took silicone. Lay them in the batter to 2/3 height of ramekins. The dough will rise. Molds do not require my bedding, but if you have molds of ceramic or metal, they are better lubricated. Sprinkle on top a pinch of sesame seeds. Of this amount, turned out the test 6 PCs of cupcakes. 2 pieces per serving is quite normal for those who are watching their waistlines and their health. Put in preheated oven until t 180 C for 15 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

Check with a toothpick and remove from oven. The cupcakes are not dry, moist inside, but the toothpick in the dough, checking on the readiness't get it.

Give a little to cool off and easily removed from the molds.
