Description
Quick version of the French dessert, cooked in the microwave, it turns out juicy and tender. Time spent is not much, and the result will please those who are experimenting with different types of flour.

Found a clafoutis recipe from whole wheat flour, and since I'm now actively testing various options for baking different types of flour, it could not pass by this... of Course, with natural cherry will taste better, but until the summer to wait a long time, and wanted to try now. Cherry frozen that day (this, of course, quick recipe considered not quite right, but it must be fresh) ruined the towel with their juice, giving the whole.
Mixed the flour, sugar, egg, then added milk and put aside the dough consistency turned out like thin pancakes, for 10 minutes. For the form I took the lid from a glass pan for the microwave which is 22 cm in diameter and about 3-4 cm in height. Was lubricated with oil form...
Put a layer of cherries (sprinkled with cinnamon... love it) and started to pour the dough, constantly on the sidelines allotted time.
That's all. Now put in the microwave for a capacity of 800
The recipe should keep for three minutes, perhaps with fresh cherries and that is enough. As my (albeit was a day dried) cherries, frozen, the juice in it still more, and three minutes later centre cakes were liquid. But after six minutes turned what you see in this photo.
Clafoutis turned out plump and juicy, is cut very well. I mixed the cherries with sugar or with powdered sugar. Again, because it is frozen, I think with fresh, if it is not very sour, this will not have to do. But it's easy to fix, sprinkled with the same powder or pouring any sauce.
The taste is reminiscent of pancakes with cherries. For Breakfast, I'd say for a quick Breakfast, not very expensive and in products and time, and easy dish in my opinion... of Course, I want to try this clafoutis, but this is for the holiday table, as in the original recipe there are a lot of nuances.
Looking forward to cherry season, should be even better!!! For the recipe from whole wheat flour and with a minimum of products, in my opinion, is not bad.
