But it turned out pink. When the dye had dissolved, put all the dough, followed by vanilla and a little stir. Soda in a separate bowl Gasim vinegar, be sure to check everything from soda to extinguish. I used wine, the taste is not affected. If you don't use the baking soda replace with baking powder. And mix everything thoroughly with a mixer.

Fill molds half, the dough rises well. My molds do not require additional forms. And poison it in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees. Do not have to send in the already heated oven. The photo of the finished cupcakes, they are well risen.
