I'm not going to tell you about this miracle root, everyone can find information on the Internet. Note that the taste of ginger is not for everybody, for me personally the first time shocked, but now I just can't live without this drink. I have it in the morning instead of coffee, I love drinking during the day. I want to tell you about several options, including, and beverage for the active weight loss. Ingredients

  • Cinnamon

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Cardamom

    2 piece

  • Water

    1 l

  • Ginger

  • Green tea

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon
