Description

Lenten orange cake
Very easy to prepare, flavorful cupcake.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    160 ml

  • Honey

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Powdered sugar

  • Sugar

    40 g

Oranges, wash, dry.

Using a fine grater to remove the zest from the oranges. Vermiete oranges with the juice (there should be about 200 ml of juice).

In the Cup, connect the orange juice, zest, warm ( in microwave oven).

Add to orange juice, liquid honey, sugar, vegetable oil Oleina mix. Mix the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Mix the dry weight of orange weight. Stir until smooth.

Put in a greased-in cake pan.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Allow the cake to cool, before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
