Cooking
First sift the flour through a sieve. Add the sugar and salt
Add the butter or margarine cubes. You can grate. The main thing that it was from the fridge. Knead and grind to a state of "crumb"
If necessary, add water, and knead until smooth dough.
Roll out the dough and wrap in plastic wrap. Then put in the fridge for an hour. If you really really urgently need a cake for approximately 30 minutes.
Start making the filling. The cleaned cherries from the bones and add sugar. Also add the vanilla sugar and when the berries let the juice, add the starch.
The choice of form depends only on your preferences but it is advisable not to choose too high a form. Personally, I have a simple round baking dish with removable bottom. Spread with butter the bottom and sides, or put the baking paper.
Divide the dough into two parts. (one less) Most of the roll out and put in the form. Evenly distribute the dough and form the sides trying not to make the dough too thin.
Start processing. You can just roll out the dough, put it on the filling and seal the edges. I stopped at the decorative mesh of the test. Here imagination has no limits ( if anyone is interested ask questions on the design in the comments). Now brush gently spread the egg yolk on top and sprinkle with sugar (optional)
Put the dough in the oven for 30-45 minutes ( depending on cake height and the diameter of the mold) Temperature : 180 degrees. It remains only to wait patiently)
Take out the pie and allow it to cool.
Served with warm tea and love)
