Oatmeal-chocolate cupcakes
These cupcakes I had long prepared myself for Breakfast instead of oatmeal. It turns out both delicious and useful! For those on a proper diet, but hates oatmeal and loves chocolate - a godsend!) The basis for my cupcakes was taken oat cake recipe Pillsbury Lana66, for which she thanks a lot!

Ingredients

  • Oat flour

    200 g

  • Oat flakes

    400 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sourdough

    200 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    3 handful

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Cinnamon

In the first stage, mix everything except the oatmeal, cereal and nuts. So, whisk eggs with sugar until foam. The butter melts to a liquid state in the microwave (1-2 minutes, it is better to cover it with something, otherwise it will dirty the whole microwave). While the margarine is melted, in a glass of sourdough or kefir add soda, stir and give a little brew. Melted margarine and buttermilk with soda add to eggs with sugar, mix thoroughly. Then add the vanilla, cocoa powder, salt and cinnamon to taste, stir.

In the second stage, in a blender, chop nuts until fine crumbs together with the flour and oats and add them to our liquid mass.

Stir it carefully. It is quite viscous, thick mass.

We post our weight in shape. I laid out part in a bowl multivarki, and some in silicone muffin cups. Any form, except for silicone, pre-lubricated with oil. The cake is cooked in a slow cooker half to two hours, depending on power (I have 500 Watts), cupcakes in the oven ready in 30-40 minutes, readiness check toothpick.

From the amount of ingredients that I took, it turns out a small cake and 6 cupcakes, or 12 cupcakes. Here such handsome chocolate useful get))
