I try to cook for the family so as to combine a selection of fresh vegetables - salads and dishes of cooked vegetables with a side dish of cereals. This time I decided to try a combination of pumpkin, zucchini and sweet peppers. And this combination didn't disappoint me! Turned out very nice, soft and fresh combination.
