Potato soup with cheese
The soup is very tasty, simple and quick to prepare. Husband is very fond of him, and my little niece eat it with great pleasure!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Water bring to a boil. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and boil until tender.

Onions clear, finely chop. Carrots to clear, RUB on a large grater. Vegetables fry until Golden brown onions in butter.

Then add to the pan with the vegetables, tomato paste (I have tomato paste was not and I added ketchup), mix well and sauté for 3 minutes.

Processed cheese grate on a coarse grater. Usually before using the processed cheese, I put it in morozilnik to make it easier to grate it on a grater.
