Cooking
Water bring to a boil. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and boil until tender.
Onions clear, finely chop. Carrots to clear, RUB on a large grater. Vegetables fry until Golden brown onions in butter.
Then add to the pan with the vegetables, tomato paste (I have tomato paste was not and I added ketchup), mix well and sauté for 3 minutes.
Processed cheese grate on a coarse grater. Usually before using the processed cheese, I put it in morozilnik to make it easier to grate it on a grater.
In a pot put potatoes fry vegetables, cheese, pour a thin stream of semolina, put the Bay leaf, season with salt and pepper (I also add a universal seasoning) and mix. Let the soup to writing a rolling boil for 5-7 minutes, then remove from heat and leave for 5 minutes to infuse.
Decorate with greens, I had green onions.
