Tea biscuits
Not expensive, tasty cookies. Very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    0.25 cup

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Dry white wine

    1 Tbsp

  • Mac

    0.5 cup

Cooking

In the sifted flour put sugar, butter, egg yolks, salt, pour the wine. All mix well, knead, roll into a flagellum.

To cut large pieces of dough the size of a walnut.

Rounded and slightly flattened rolls to lay out on oiled baking sheet. The surface of the pastry, brush with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 230-260 degrees.
