Pasta with mushrooms and ham
Simple to prepare and flavorful pasta with a creamy sauce. Suitable as a full lunch or second lunch. Goes well with a glass of Pinot Grigio or pear cider)

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Oregano

    2 pinch

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

    3 pinch

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

The pan pour a little olive oil and put on medium heat. A ham sliced thin cut into squares about 1,5x1,5 cm and put into the pan. Put to heat the water for the pasta (remember to salt)).

Peel and thinly slice the mushrooms, add them to the ham and increase the heat to medium, stirring occasionally. Add black pepper, oregano and parsley.

In boiling water throw the pasta, to detect the interval of preparation that is specified on the package. Not forgetting to stir)

In the pan with the mushrooms and ham pour in the cream, increase the heat and bring almost to a boil. To taste you can add salt. When zapatillas cream, reduce heat. Important point: the pot of pasta before draining scoop of starch water (about 50-70 ml) and add to cream sauce for viscosity. Drain pasta and put in sauce pan, mix well with the sauce and reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid. On a fine grater grate the Parmesan cheese (80-100 g), evenly sprinkle the pasta, turn off the stove a minute and hold it under the lid. Now you can bring to the table. Bon appetit!)
