Cooking
The pan pour a little olive oil and put on medium heat. A ham sliced thin cut into squares about 1,5x1,5 cm and put into the pan. Put to heat the water for the pasta (remember to salt)).
Peel and thinly slice the mushrooms, add them to the ham and increase the heat to medium, stirring occasionally. Add black pepper, oregano and parsley.

In the pan with the mushrooms and ham pour in the cream, increase the heat and bring almost to a boil. To taste you can add salt. When zapatillas cream, reduce heat. Important point: the pot of pasta before draining scoop of starch water (about 50-70 ml) and add to cream sauce for viscosity. Drain pasta and put in sauce pan, mix well with the sauce and reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid.
