Soup of chicken with pistachios
Did this soup, very tasty and tender it!

Ingredients

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Chicken

    300 g

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Pistachios

    40 g

Chicken remove from broth, free from bones, the third to be postponed.

The rest of the meat grind in a blender, add 3 tablespoons of broth and to wipe through a sieve (the sieve must larger than the photo - I was exhausted) :-D

Pistachio and clean, finely chopped. RUB with 1 tbsp butter. On the bottom of the dish put the chicken, pour the soup, decorate the top with pistachios.
