Autumn generously bestows us with gifts. A harvest like this year, our Northern territory not seen for a long time. And "freak" honey pie... If you connect juicy fruits, fragrant amber honey and Golden butter, you get something special...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

    8 g

  • Vegetable oil

    40 ml

  • Honey

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Drain

    9 piece

  • Kiwi

    3 piece

  • Grapes

    50 g

In warm milk dissolve the yeast and honey. Put in a warm place for 10 minutes. sift the Flour, add the salt, 1 whole egg and the yolk from the other (the remainder of the protein until put into the refrigerator). Knead the dough, gradually adding milk. In the test to make a recess, pour the 20 ml of sunflower oil "IDEAL" refined deodorized. Knead the dough well, place it in a saucepan, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for about 1-1,5 hours

Plum cut in half, remove pits. Kiwi (I small) clean, cut plates. The grapes are disassembled into berries.

The bottom cake should be lubricated with egg white (that's handy). Read this tip in cook avani, now I use it for pies with juicy fillings. In a circle put the halves of plums in the center - kiwi, decorate a grape. On top sprinkle with sugar.

Trim test I made, then rolled out a thin layer and cookie cutter, cut out hearts decorate the cake.

The edges of the cake and hearts slush "IDEAL". Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Readiness check with a toothpick.
