Cooking
In warm milk dissolve the yeast and honey. Put in a warm place for 10 minutes. sift the Flour, add the salt, 1 whole egg and the yolk from the other (the remainder of the protein until put into the refrigerator). Knead the dough, gradually adding milk. In the test to make a recess, pour the 20 ml of sunflower oil "IDEAL" refined deodorized. Knead the dough well, place it in a saucepan, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for about 1-1,5 hours
Ready to roll out the dough, put in the form (I have silicone), cut the excess. Put in a warm place for proofing till you prepare the stuffing.
