The word "echoback" in Korea is called the young zucchini, and "cucuk" is a brine of a salty seafood or fish. For cooking soups usually use a brine of a salty shrimp. The main ingredient of this dish – the young zucchini – is among the most beloved by Koreans vegetables. We also have such a hodgepodge quite like it. Ingredients

  • Beef

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sesame oil

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tofu

    180 g

  • Shrimp

    2 Tbsp

  • Pasta

    3 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

Cooking

Beef cut into small pieces.

Season with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 4 teaspoons chopped green onions, chopped garlic, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, chopped ginger and black pepper.

Mix and allow to stand a few minutes.

Seasoned beef lightly fried in a pan. Add 3 cups water and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the meat is cooked.

Meanwhile, cut tofu in cubes.

Onions chop, better pieces of 2-3 cm.

Zucchini cut in half lengthwise, and then slices about a centimeter.

Shrimp chop.

When the broth is ready, add chopped salted shrimp with brine, tofu, zucchini, in the end, add miso paste and onions. Boil for a few minutes and remove from heat.
