Description
Hodgepodge of young zucchini, echoactive is a pretty popular kind of transparent brine in Korea. The word "echoback" in Korea is called the young zucchini, and "cucuk" is a brine of a salty seafood or fish. For cooking soups usually use a brine of a salty shrimp. The main ingredient of this dish – the young zucchini – is among the most beloved by Koreans vegetables. We also have such a hodgepodge quite like it. I hasten to share the recipe with You, dear Powerade.
