So, again duck! But what! This recipe is not similar to any of those that I previously had a chance to cook. I have to say that initially it seems complicated... But only at first! For then the result exceeds expectations! First, you get a delicious, relatively unknown dish! Second, the duck has a holistic view and do almost no bones ( which is good on a festive table). And, thirdly, it is just beautiful! Every year, for many years, this duck is the main dish of the festive table on the Day of birth of my husband. So this October, she again arrive to us! I'd be happy to share this recipe with You!
