Very festive and delicious dish! The only mistake I made was as follows. Farmer duck we sell with giblets – gizzard, heart, liver. I usually cook them separately a little, but very tasty. This time decided to cook together with the duck and put on top. Cooking time for duck meat and offal require different, and guts has turned harsh. It is better to lay on a baking sheet in the bottom, then everything will be fine.

Cooking
Duck cut into portions.
Pan lightly grease with vegetable oil – just a little, remember, duck, whatever, the bird is still quite fat, and fat from it will mytopics enough. Every piece of RUB with salt and pepper, put the duck in a deep baking pan.
