Description

Cooking
Ribs wash and dry;
Ribs can be cooked whole, but I well recommend them to split for even roasting;
Cover the ribs with spices, massage each piece and leave for a couple hours at room temperature;
Prepare a moderately hot coals; Soy sauce mixed with rosehip syrup and butter well to coat the ribs on all sides before roasting; a Handful of wood chips to soak in water;
