Description

Ribs of lamb grilled
Tender lamb, marinated in spices from Forester on the grill with smoke flavor and soy sauce! I have ribs, but you can use other tender part of lamb leg, loin, etc.

Ingredients

  • Ribs

    1 kg

  • Marinade

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Syrup berry

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Ribs wash and dry;

Ribs can be cooked whole, but I well recommend them to split for even roasting;
