Tomato soup with rice in two ways. Vegetable in vegetable stock, nepolnye with chicken and sour cream.

  • Broth

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Chicken fillet

Cut the onion. Put in a pan, poured oil and sprinkled flour. Roast on low heat until Golden brown. Into the broth put the tomato paste and bring to a boil. Shifted the onion in a saucepan with the broth. Put a stalk of celery by cutting it lengthwise into several parts. Poured in the pan all the spices ( except for turmeric, it is added at the end ) sugar, squeezed lemon juice and rubbed garlic.

Broth with spices, boiled for 5 minutes. Poured the boiled rice and cooked the soup for another 5 minutes. Before serving, removed the celery from the soup.

In nepotii soup put the chicken cubes. Fillet cooked with dried roots in salt water. In the soup added the sour cream.
