Butter pie granola
Russia has always said, "bread around the head" and "bread and porridge is our food". But, really, what comes first to mind when a person is hungry? Certainly not a complex dish, baked with any sauce, and the usual sandwich or pie. But the possibility of yeast dough is so versatile that it can bake not only the usual bread, but also a beautiful cake, which will decorate the holiday table. Especially beautiful loaves. Caravan to me is still far, but here's a dessert pie I baked, and helped me in this rushy sugar TM "Mistral", filled cakes, caramel flavor and aroma. I hope I did it! Come and help yourself!

First activate the yeast: heat 100 ml of serum, or milk, or water; dissolve 1 teaspoon of sugar from the total, crumble the yeast, add 1 tbsp flour, stir and leave in a warm place until bubbles. For about 15 minutes.

Measure the required amount of sugar, prepare the egg. For this cake I chose unrefined cane sugar TM "Mistral". It has a bright taste and is indispensable in desserts and gives them a wonderful caramel taste.

When the yeast "alive", add the remaining warm serum 100 ml, egg, sugar and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well. Pour melted butter, mix well. Then, gradually pouring the sifted flour, knead the dough. Flour may require more or less. The dough should be soft, not scary, if a little sticky. The capacity to approach the test well lubricated with vegetable oil and put the dough. Cover with plastic wrap or towel and leave in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours. When the dough has risen, punch down and leave for the second approach.

While the dough rises, prepare the filling. To do this, mix cereal and nuts with the sugar, add the diced butter and RUB into crumbs. The resulting chips spread out on a baking sheet and dry at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes. 100 ml of water bring to the boil, dissolve the sugar and add the chopped apples and dried fruits. Cover and leave to infuse.
