Cupcakes
Delicious, aromatic, Christmas cupcakes trees with tangerine zest and sugar "Mistral"! Very sweet and festive!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Mandarin

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Topping pastry

Prepare the products. With Mandarin oranges remove the zest and squeeze the juice.

In a Cup of sifted flour. Add the butter and sugar TM "Mistral". Grind into crumbs.

Add the egg, zest and 5-6 tbsp of tangerine juice.

Knead the dough.

Spread the batter in silicone molds, moisten them with water. I got 2 forms for 6 muffins. Put the shapes with the dough in the preheated oven.

Bake 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Let cool and decorate using sugar syrup and confectionery topping.
