This cake is a festive variation of the beloved summer Apple pie, "Charlotte". The cake looks like a huge and beautiful cake and taste it is also not inferior.

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients.
Apples peel, cut into cubes.
Form for baking grease with butter.
With a mixer beat eggs with sugar until thick and fluffy foam.
Add in beaten eggs, salt, soda and flour. And again mix well.
Pour half of the batter into the form.
Spread half of the sliced apples.
Pour the remaining batter.
Spread the other half of the apples.
Bake the pie for 30 minutes at 180°C until soft.
Whisk the egg whites into a thick foam with sugar.
Almost finished cake pour the beaten egg whites.
Bake the pie for another 10 minutes.
Had a wonderful Apple pie under a fur coat.
