Upside down pineapple muffins with topping
If You ask me, could something be both a wonderful Breakfast, after lunch and healthy afternoon tea, answer: "Yes, of course!". And I will keep in mind these wonderful muffins. Per serving 211 calories (with a light heart offer to those who are on a diet), and the presence of carrots, pineapple, nuts, whole wheat flour and oatmeal makes this ration useful, easy and unforgettably delicious.

Since the muffins upside down, I suggest you start with topping. Molds must be oiled and into each pour half a teaspoon of brown sugar, a bit of broken nuts and slice of pineapple. If the circles do not fit into the form as a whole, they can be cut into large slices and then use that to create an imitation of the circle. In order to speed up the workflow, this step can be omitted, the muffins will not be less tasty, just not to be inverted.

Go to prigotovleniyu themselves muffins. To do this in a separate container, mix both kinds of flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, to make a wide (as possible) the hole.

In another vessel beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil, syrup, vanilla and finally the pineapple. The resulting mixture is put in the hole and mix well with a spatula.

Then the molds are filled with batter and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-25 minutes. Muffins don't rise much, but the caramel can escape, so that you should be prepared to put the ramekins on a baking sheet with willingness then to wash or not to fill the ramekins to the brim.

As soon as the muffins are ready, and You'll find out in a Golden-brown color and aroma (it is mind-boggling - not exaggerating!!!), we must pull them out from the oven and immediately remove from the mold. Feeding them should be inverted (in the pictures there are also muffins, "fast food" without the topping).
