  • Oyster mushrooms

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Milk

    5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Prepare the batter: beat eggs with milk or sour cream, add cheese, grated on a fine grater. The batter turns out thick enough. If you like more liquid - use 1 egg and more milk/cream. Separately pour the breadcrumbs or flour.

Alternately dip the mushrooms in batter and breadcrumbs, put on oiled, well-heated pan. Fry for about 5 minutes, until Golden brown. Mushrooms are quickly cooked, are soft and gentle.
