My oyster mushrooms. Select large and strong.

Prepare the batter: beat eggs with milk or sour cream, add cheese, grated on a fine grater. The batter turns out thick enough. If you like more liquid - use 1 egg and more milk/cream. Separately pour the breadcrumbs or flour.
Alternately dip the mushrooms in batter and breadcrumbs, put on oiled, well-heated pan. Fry for about 5 minutes, until Golden brown. Mushrooms are quickly cooked, are soft and gentle.
Ready to put the chops on paper towels to soak up excess fat. Very tasty with NAPA cabbage and boiled rice. Help yourself!
