Turkey on a bed of bell peppers
Great Turkey meat, baked on a bed of bell peppers! Marinated in a mixture of mustard, soy sauce and herbs ... With notes of mushrooms and tomatoes-a delicious dinner!-bright and festive. Ingredients

  • Turkey

    1900 g

  • Soy sauce

    140 ml

  • Mushrooms

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mustard

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    2 tsp

  • Pepper

    400 g

  • A mixture of spices

    2 Tbsp

Cloves of garlic cut into plates and dump a foot (depending on how you like intense smell or note... do the number of "pockets" for cloves of garlic

Add soy sauce "Kikkoman" (100ml) -all mix
