Crow's feet with mint and oranges
Bright, very appetizing and satisfying dish. This version of the kebab will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Goose

    500 g

  • Orange

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Mint

    1 piece

  • Allspice

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Crow's feet put in a bowl, sprinkle them with soy sauce Kikkoman to taste. Put a few slices of orange on the legs. From the remaining orange, squeeze the juice once the meat.

Sprinkle the legs with olive oil. Mint, chop it and sprinkle it meat. Leave in the fridge to marinate for 4-5 hours.

Legs spread on the lattice. Close it.

Legs fry over the coals for about 50 minutes until the meat is cooked. It is served hot. Optional legs can be decorated with fresh orange. Bon appetit!
