Cooking
The fish is cleaned, wash. To cut along. Pull out the entrails, and wash the inside. Sprinkle with mixture of lemon juice and soy sauce.
Wash the herbs and finely chop with a knife. Break the egg into a bowl, add the chopped herbs and the peas. Pepper and salt. It is important that the mass was not liquid!

Lightly grease the grate with vegetable oil. Put the fish on the grill and fry on hot coals. The second option, bake in the oven. I did it in about 30 minutes. with 220 gr. (But! The oven is different, so the time may take more or less!)
