Pumpkin grate on a fine grater. I had frozen after juicing, so I first thawed in a colander to drain the moisture. Add to the pumpkin sugar.

Add flour and soda, quenched with vinegar. If the pumpkin is not so juicy, as I do, you can add flour and oatmeal a little less.

Apples peeled, cut into thin slices and spread on top.
Mix a little sugar with the juice of half a lemon, add 0.5 tsp. of cinnamon and lubricates the apples so they do not darkened. In addition, the lemon will give them a pleasant acidity.
Bake 30-40 minutes, the apples are soft and the pie melts in your mouth.
